The industrial pollution degrade environment in many ways :-

• Land Pollution :- Industries throw out the waste & junk on the streets which cover up the land area. It make it look like junk yard. Here, the waste spoil the soil & increases pressure at a land form. In building power plants ,we have to do deforestation which destroy the nature we exploit many natural resources in making material in industry.

• Water Pollution :- All the industrial waste are drained in the river & the water is used in electricity generation cooling of machine running of boiler which consume a large amount of water.

• Air Pollution :- The chemical fumes & the smoke from chimeny covers the atmosphere & causes air pollution. It is a major cause of acid rain.

• It also consumes resources which destroys sustainability of resources.
