Answer:

In vapour, intermolecular space are free and the particles are loosely packed

In water, intermolecular space have some space and particles are loosely packed but more tight than water vapour

In ice, there is no intermolecular space and are tightly packed

It decreases
As in gas- space is maximum and in solids it's minimum
