Judiciary acts as the guardian of fundemental rights because it protects people and ensures the rights safety . In simple words protects the law and ensures crimes doesnot breake out . If people fundamental rights are not supported or disturbed by any organisation then judiciary will tackle it and compare it with right or wrong .
