The base of any industry is the labour working there.

whenever the labours decide to take a strike the industry is affected in many ways like less production of goods, no timely submission of projects, heavy loss of money and economy.

no labour working can also cause a industry to shutdown.

some example of famous labour strikes are the southwest railroad Strike,USA
For nearly seven months in 1886, train gears grinded to a halt when over 200,000 Railroad Workers simply stated putting down their tools and walking out.

If a company has a full support of labour it can easily win the hearts of the people.
