When we laugh whole heartedly and stay happy this relives our stress and we are able to cope up with it

Laughter helps one to cope with stress by releasing the pent up tension and relaxing the mind establishing a comfortable environment.

EXPLANATION:

Laughter is the best stress-reliever. It relaxes the stressed up brain and relieves the body of mental pain and grief. Laughter enhances the release of the chemical ‘endorphin’ by the body. This chemical acts as an anti-depressant. It relieves mental pain and creates a feel-good atmosphere. Whilst laughing, not only is this chemical produced but also the tensed up body muscles relax.

Laughter has a cathartic effect on the brain. It lets go the tension and grief accumulated in the brain. Thus a stressed person can cope better when he laughs heartily. Doctors prescribe laughter as the best medicine for stress.
