WHEN TWO CHARGED CLOUDE COME TOGETHER, THERE IS A FLOW OF POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE ELECTRONS. THIS FLOW OF CHARGED ELECTRONS DISCHARGES THE ELECTRONS IN THE SKY AND RESULTS IN LIGHTNING.
