Answer:

You are in the most vulnerable when you have low self esteem.

Eg:- Let me tell me you a story/real incident when Mahatma Gandhi went to Champaran the peasants were treated poorly and has been pressurised by the land lords. So Gandhi stood up for the court and the crowd (peasants in Champaran) got impressed by Gandhi and the success of Indigo movement etc., but what one must note is the Britishers and Land Lords made sure they treat like inferior beings and made themselves look like superiors which created low self esteem in the peasants but once the crowd started to show support to Gandhi the Britishers became afraid that a revolution may happen. So they signed every document and they made sure they shut Gandhi that is making a deal that they would give return 25% of money this incident wouldn't have happened let alone they wouldn't be suffered if they didn't have low self-esteem. So what we can see is the "Champaran incident was like Hanuman realising his strength when Jambavan told (Hanuman) about his(Hanuman) strength". If they had known/realised the power of unity, self reliance and self esteem. They would have been sooner realised of thier power and would have been freed from thier sufferings that is freed from this Land Lords and Britishers long ago.

Hope it helps.

→ High self-esteem linked to reduced likelihood of crime and delinquency. Criminology researchers have found evidence that self-esteem is related to illegal acts. Their study, published in the journal Deviant Behavior, indicates that high self-esteem has an overall negative effect on crime and delinquency.
