Mandela says that in the first decade of twentieth century a few years after the Anglo-Boer war the white people of South Africa erected a system of racial domination, that is apartheism against the black people of their own land, thus leading to the creation of the foundation of one of the most cruel and inhuman societies in the world.

But in the final decade of the twentieth century the system of racial domination that is apartheism was uprooted forever and replaced by one system that is democracy which revognizes the rights and freedom of all people irrespective of the colour of the skin.
