3. They often start joint-production with local companies of developing countries where they get their orders completed in cheapest rate

4. The common way of expanding business of powerful MNCs is to buy up local companies and make profit. e.g cargil foods bought up parakh foods and made huge profit in India.

5. These large MNCs have much power to determine cost, delivery, and other particulars of goods they obtain from local companies. They sell these products in their own brand names
