When the Miss Fairchild sees the handcuffs in Mr. Easton's hand linked with an other rough looking man her smiling expression changed into bewildered horror . Recognising the horror on her face the rough looking man says that Mr. Easton is the Marshall and he being the convict are going to the prison . After hearing the explanation given by the rough looking man Miss Fairchild was assured that Mr. Easton was the Marshall not the convict .
