The materials like oxygen carbon dioxide and hydrogen and water are entered into the cell through the cell membrane.

The mitochondria use the oxygen and food nutrients to produce energy

The rough endoplasmic reticulum (where ribosomes are present) prepare atps (adenosine triphosphate) that is the unit of proteins. Then these tiny free single proteins travel to the golgi apparatus to get packed and transported throughout the cell for usage i,e mostly for platelets as those heal up wounds.

That is what movements occur in cell and all summarized work of the cell

Hope this helps
