As mushroom is one type of fungi...it reproduce either sexually or asexually.
A) During sexual reproduction,the hyphae of two different mating types fuse before forming a new fruiting body (the above part of fungi is usually mushroom).

B)Asexual reproduction occurs either through bispores or bimycelial fragmentation/budding.
