How does national emergency (article-352) convert the federal structure of India into a unitary one?

India is referred to as the Union Of states and not Federal for the simple reason that all the states come forward in tough situations and fight for the country.

In case of crisis and security too, it is believed that will harm major population and that is measures are taken accordingly.

So it is not the state but country that comes with one another.
