how does neutral particle change and oscillate from one form to other , (talking about antineutrinos)

Due to non zero internal quantum number via an interaction that does not conceive that quantum number. Example a neutral cannot antineutron as that would violate the conservation of baryon number. Hope it is correct answer. mark me best!!!
