How does Newton's third law explain how a rocket takes off?

Please tell in formal and scientific language and easily because i am Grade 7.

NEWTON'S 3 LAW states that

every action has an equal and opposite reaction and they act on two different bodies

when a ROCKET takes off , the fuel injected downward acts as an action whereas the upward movement of rocket acts as the reaction....

Newton's third law of motion is every action force have equal and opposite reaction force.
It helps rocket to take off as rocket apply force (action force)in downward direction due to which it moves up which is reaction force
