How does one demonstrate , that inpolarised light when passesd through a polaroid gets polarised ?​

Answer:

A Polaroid consists of long chain molecules aligned in a particular direction . The electric vectors along the direction of the aligned molecules get absorbed , so when a unpolirised light falls on polroid the molecules pass through it .
