Of nitro group attached to benzene, so the cmp. having nitro attached at ortho will form intramolecular hydrogen bonding with the alcohol gp.(-OH) and similarly the para one forms intermolecular hydrogen bonding with alcoholic group……… annnnd we have studied that the bond strength of intramolecular H-Bonding is lower than intermolecular H-Bonding, hence the boiling point will in the order:- o-nitrophenol < p-nitrophenol.
