Adeline is a hormone released by adrenal glands in the fight stressful conditions. When adeline is secreted , it effects the heart by as the heart starts to bead faster , breathing rate increases , more amount of blood is provided to the volentory muscles. Due to increase in the heart pumping rate , blood speculates faster through the lungs ang hence more and more oxygen is traps by the blood . More oxygen means high amount of respiration and hence high amount of energy production. Now, due to more amount of blood being transported to the volentory muscles large amount of respiration takes place in the mitochondria of the cells of volentory muscles pand hence providing a lot of energy th the volentory muscles so that the person could run away from the fight stressful conditions.

Hope it is helpful.
