Answer:

The spinal cord is an extension of the brain stem and continues downwards from the base of the skull. Both the brain and the Spinal cord constitute the central nervous system. The spinal cord is the link between the brain and the nerves in the rest of your body. They communicate with the help of the nerves which send the nerve impulses and the information.

And that's how the brain works.

Answer:

The peripheral nervous system is comprised of sensory and motor neurons throughout the rest of your body. The sensory neurons collect information from the outside world through the five senses, while the motor neurons allow you to move and respond to signals from the brain and spinal cord. It processes information that it receives from the senses and body, and sends messages back to the body. But the brain can do much more than a machine can: humans think and experience emotions with their brain, and it is the root of human intelligence.

Hope it will be helpful :)
