The brain shunts blood away from the gut and towards the muscles, in preparation for physical exertion. by this our mind body as well as it's soul gets harm

1) it causes unfriendly enviornment in human society

2) this could even led to cruelity.

many problems occur due to anger

3) this can disturb society and living
