How does our phone reaches other people phone ? How does it work?

Your phone has a system that work together in order to send and communicate with help of electromagnetic radio waves. When you make a voice the sound waves, vibrations, reaches the microphone placed in the phone which then are converted to an electrical signal. The signal is boosted with a modulator then sent through the antenna. The radio waves are then caught and send further with help of masts and basestations. When the signal is send to the receivers phone, the antenna catches the signals and a modulator, modulates the boosted signal and creates the signal understandable by the phone. Then the signal is send to the speaker which again converts the electrical signal into sound energy.
