Population of our human breed is growing day by day. Everyday, we require more water. Overexploitation of water resources has increased the scarcity of water. Polluted water cannot be used directly. It requires energy, time and money to be purified. Every instant, someone reqhires water. Pollution by fertilisers has caused pollution of lakes and rivers, the ultimate source of fresh water on land.
