Ozone layer is a layer made up of O3 molecules. The harmful ultraviolet radiations are trapped by the ozone layer. For our careless activities ozone layer is now thinning up.And something that had occured in the North Pole in few years ago.For this there ecosystem was highly damaged. The animals and plants died due to the untapped radiation.
So ozone layer is very necessary for our survival.
To our luck that the ozone hole had occured in the North Pole.Because there is not much life present compared to the Asia, Europe,or America.
This is how the ozone layer effects our ecosystem.

Hope it helped.
If yes show your gratitude.
Have a nice day.

Ozone is a molecule formed by the three atoms of oxygen and is known as an isotope of oxygen. The main function of ozone layer is to provide protection to the earth’s surface from the harmful UV rays of the sun. These rays are harmful to living organisms and may result in skin cancer.
