Pain and agony can motive a person to embrace changes.

Explanation:

At times, people are so fed up with the existing system, that they are ready to accept the proposed changes.

They believe that these changes would make their work and personal life better and more productive.

The art of proposing and implementing change is called change management.

When a manager identifies the problems of his employees, he has a solid backing to his change management strategies.

How does pain Play a positive role in change management?

According to a few neurologists, change is a pain. So, when we think of change in any area few must think of pain simultaneously. So, the change management must think of some real positive reason for the change to happen. Only then the pain that could take place will be overcome.

Many organizations which were the forerunners in business suddenly fall apart and unable to stand because of the change being brought out causing a lot of pain to the work conditions of the individuals, So, change not to mean pain must happen slowly and smoothly. An example of Inflexco company: President Mr. John Rocco who was happy to introduce the new change but had to lose out because his employees were not willing to accept the change.
