there are different adoptations for different plats in other places as they contain some features in desert as they have roots as they can store water for many days so that the leaf contain chlorophyll and sunlight also presents so that photosynthesis in plants also occur in deserts

Desert plants take up Carbon dioxide at night and prepare an intermediate which is acted upon by the energy absorbed by the chlorophyll during the day.
