Planning leads to rigidity

Explanation:

Planning is deciding in advance the course of actions. under planning we decide about the entire process in advance. various questions like what, when, where, how etc. are pre-decided, hence the manager or person responsible for the completion of task is left with little or no choice about various activities.

Everything is rigid under planning so manager even if he has great idea with him , can't show creativity, because he is expected to complete the job according to the planning.
