Population is people. People are resourceful when they contribute to the nation's growth.  If we look at India's majority population, they are under-educated, under-skilled, youth population, the primary contribution from the central eastern states.  We need to tap the potential of this young population by educating them and teaching skills to them.  The easiest way of doing it is through the manufacturing sector.
