heya mate here's your answer..

Answer:

Although pressure is necessary but temperature is also because if temperature is high no matter how much possible pressure you apply it won't liquefy..

Pressure, volume and temperature help in liquefaction of gases. Pressure brings close to molecules of a gas that are far apart from each other. When more and more pressure is applied on gas molecules they come closer to each other so inter molecular forces start producing between gas molecules.

thanks..! have a great day ahead.....!

Explanation:

When high pressure and low temp. is applied on gases its decrease the intermolecular space in it So resulting in the liquidification of gas
