It is one of the most healthy food that is made unhealthy in most of the hotels. So to answer your question it is not advisable to eat it daily unless it's prepared at home using healthy oil choices.
Biriyani has proteins, carbs and fat in almost good proportion in addition to the raw veg salads and lemon pickle served along with it making it even more healthier.
Carb from normal white rice results in insulin spikes leading to fat storage unless your muscle and liver stores are deprived of its glycogen stores which happens only if you are into labour intensive jobs or is having rice after a heavy workout, which is not the case with majority. In biriyani rice is mixed with oil and is had along with slow digesting protein (animal meat) leading to slower digestion and hence slower insulin spikes and slower fat conversion. That means even for a sedantry individual the ratio of energy being ended up in adipose tissue (fat) while eating biriyani is much less than eating same portion of white rice. But still it ain't healthy when you have it from hotel due to the usage of vegetable shortening (dalda/vanaspathi) and other highly polyunsaturated fatty acid rich seed oils like sunflower or like wise. These create a bad ratio of omega 3 and omega 6 in body which is one of the multiple reasons causing inflammation in body. Also omega 6 are easily oxidised and even effect the healthy molecular status of proteins and lipid cholesterol which has devastating impact when it comes to cardio health. The most healthy and stable oils are saturated and mono unsaturated. Saturated fatty acids are not the cause for heart blocks it's the sugar, flour, high fructose which causes insulin sensitivity and oils that are vegetable origin and seed oils which easily leads to transfatty acids formation upon heating that causes inflammation and a sequence of response that leads to arteriosclerosis. The healthy way to prepare biriyani is to cook it with ghee and coconut oil mix. Both are healthy in small proportion. Coconut oil due to its anti-inflammatory properties and many others and ghee due to its high concentration of mono saturates and other medicinal properties. Both are stable at high temperatures and cause less oxidation.
The salads served in curd goes easy on bowl and the research shows that eating greens with animal protein counteract the production of acids produced by the digestion of the same and reduce its cancer causing properties. Not just biriyani it's advisable to eat lots of veg greens with non veg food.
Lemon aids in digestion so does help in making blood alkaline which gets acidic upon protein assimilation. Though lemon consumed in pickle is not enough but still it does its fraction.
