as we all know that reproduction is the process of reproducing exactly our young species . Now, reproduction helps in many ways there are two types of reproduction - 1. asexual reproduction. 2. sexual reproduction . Reproduction helps in- 1. in the continuity of life .
2 .in increasing the population of any species
3. in the evolution of the most favourable variations over a period of time.
1. Asexual Reproduction- the process of reproduction in which a plant is able to reproduce one or more of its kind without seeds is called Asexual Reproduction. example- potato , rose ,etc.
2. Sexual Reproduction- The process of reproduction in which a new plant are obtained from seeds is called Sexual Reproduction. example- wheat, beans , etc. Asexual Reproduction contains Cell fission . one cell divided into two is called binary fission .
one cell divided into two or many is called multiple fission . First - divide - nuclear material
divided name - nuclear division.
second- cytoplasm division name - cytoplasmic divisions.
one flower which contains only one reproductive type either male or female is called unisexual flower.
one flower which contains both the reproductive type is called bisexual flower.
