Ello user !!!!!!!

Here is your answer,

=============================================

Both reproduce asexually and are similar in size.

In amoeba, they can divide in any plane.

In paramecium, there is a unique orientation when they divide.

Reproduction in Amoeba:-

Amoeba is a unicellular organism with indefinite shape. It uses its temporary finger like structure which fuses over the food, forming a good vacuole. Inside the food vacuole, complex substances are broken down into its simplest form which then diffuse in the cytoplasm. The remaining undigested food is thrown out of the cell body.

Reproduction in Paramoecium:-

Paramoecium is also a unicellular organism with definite shape. It obtains food from a specific spot. The food is sent to that specific spot by the movement of cilia which cover the entire surface of the cell.
