When been in reproductive time you need to prevent your body from movements which can cause you harm, eat a good balanced diet because the food also goes to the fetus, drink plenty of water, take rest, don't get angry or any type of emotional activity which can result wrong for you because doctor suggest to be away from any such panic situation move outside of your house to get fresh air for you and your child as it is very good for the baby too prevent drinking,smoking or other such injurious activites and mainly take care of yourself.
