when we inhale air the oxygen goes into our body and reaches the lungs and then the diffusion takes place in alvioli where oxygen is taken by alveioli from the blood capilaries and this oxygen is combined with heamoglobin to form oxyheamoglobin and the glusoce bursts in the presence of air and carbondioxide water and energy is liberated the carbondioxide is taken by the blood and reached to lunch and the gas is exchanged and the gas is released out and the energy will be stored in mitchocondria and some energy will be liberated from our body by heat

Respiration is the process by which living organisms take in oxygen and release carbon dioxide. The human respiratory system, working in conjunction with the circulatory system, supplies oxygen to the body's cells, removing carbon dioxide in the process. The exchange of these gases occurs across cell membranes both in the lungs (external respiration) and in the body tissues (internal respiration). Breathing, or pulmonary ventilation, describes the process of inhaling and exhaling air. The human respiratory system consists of the respiratory tract and the lungs.
