how does "right against exploitation" protects and prevents weaker sections of society from exploitation????

Under Articles 23 and Article 24 of the Constitution of India is provided the Rights against Exploitation.  

This is about the right to personal liberty.

No person is having the right to exploit another.

With the help of these provisions, the weaker sections of the society can get protection from exploitation.

The strong have always exploited the weak right from the dawn of human civilization.
