• the waste from industries and hospitals flows in river and pollute it.

• farmers are used fertilizer and pesticides for their agricultural field to protect their crops. When rains all the chemicals flew into river and get polluted.
• due to natural calamities like floods and tsunami it  will enter the houses , offices and sewage dumping area and carry carcasses etc and pollute the rivers.
