Dust of Snow. The black crow is commonly a symbol of death and fear. Since the crow is not associated with goodness, it is ironic that in this poem, it is doing a good deed by shaking off the snow. Robert Frost didn't choose to use an oak, maple or pine tree.

Robert Frost presented that once he was sitting under a tree it was winter season all around covered with snow... a crow Sat on tree with the sudden shake the snow fell over the writer.. this made his day with happy. Because before snow fell over writer (Robert Frost) he was upset, or sad of something.. but due to nature beauty his day was not wasted... and so the writer was happy.....☺✌☺☺✌☺✌☺✌☺✌☺✌☺✌☺
