how does salt mix with water and oil not?

Even when you mix oil and watertogether they still separate. The oilalways floats to the top because it isless dense than water. Oil and waterdon't mix because water molecules aremore attracted to each other than tooil molecules. Detergent molecules areattracted to both water and oil.
