because when the season was fully bad then it affect the crop very much and the crop was fully destroyed and no one can eat it

seasonal unemployment refers that people who are engaged in farming get money only when they harvest the crop while at all other times they didnt get money . in this case rich farmer can manage by their own but those who are poor have to look foe sidework and sometimes they get low income due to which they cannot earn as nutritional food for them as they should eat.
