Sexual reproduction in floweringplants involves the production of male and female gametes, the transfer of the male gametes to the female ovules in a process called pollination. After pollination occurs, fertilization happens and the ovules grow into seeds within a fruit

Sexual reproduction in plants takes place by the formation of spores or gametes by the process of megasporogenesis(in female to produce egg) and microsporogenesis(in male to produce pollen or antherozoids)
Then either cross or self fertilisation occurs and zygote is formed and further development occurs.
Hope that helps you :-)
