Shakespeare has described romanticism through the love plot between Ferdinand, son of King Alonso and Miranda, daughter of Prospero. He introduces real life characters like Antonio, King of Naples etc on the magical island created by Prospero. In the end of the play Shakespeare makes the entire plot realistic when Prospero surrenders his magical powers and Miranda becomes an ordinary woman after going to Naples.
