Atomic radius decreases on moving left to right as the number of shells remain same but more and more electrons are added with results into increase in nuclear charge i.e. force of attraction between nucleus and electron(nucleus has + charge and electrons have - charge) so the the atom shrinks and atomic radius decreases.
