when anybody smokes the harmful gas gets inside our body and get into lungs and get collected there and when blood get inside it purification of blood doesn't occurs, when the lungs is filled by smoke then blood supply ends in the lungs and in sufficient blood flow and lot of harmful gas cause lungs cancer
