How does social inability by food also play critical role in food insecurity?

Just a guess in my own words. If people aren't able to buy food due to constraints on their financial status or can't access food, they are food insecure. Also, for food security, they are three dimensions, Accessibility, Affordability and Availability. If they can't buy food then the 3 dimensions aren't fulfilled leaving them food insecure.
