Soil erosion will greatly affect human and other living beings.
Reason:
The upper surface of the soil (humus) has a hive mineral and nutritive content which helps in growth of tiny plants to large trees and other insects.. When there is a soil erosion the upper layer is washed off and loses all the nutritional content. Thus it becomes impossible for plants to grow. When there is no growth of plant in the region, life cycle of other animals are also affected. There is a break in the food chain and thus we humans are affected.
