This happens because the rate of evaporation increases with the rate of flow of wind. The faster the wind, the faster will be the evaporation. That's why wet clothes get dried quickly under fan.

The faster the wind, the more faster is the evaporation. So, evaporation takes place more easily when wind blows faster and hence quickens the drying of wet clothes.
