How does Sri Lanka became established a Majoritarian society?​

Because after its independence in 1948 sinhala is the majority community in Sri Lanka. So they took the path of majoritarianism and pasand the cat of 1956. In this act sinhala was declared as the official language and several prefrential desicions were taken in the favour of sinhal alumni in government jobs and in universities.
