there's a process called osmosis which means that the spontaneous movement of water molecules fom higher to lower concentration and this helps water and CO2 to move in andout of cell

Answer: The substances like CO2 and water move in and out of a cell by diffusion from the region of high concentration to low concentration. When the concentration of CO2 and wateris higher in external environment than that inside the cell, CO2 and water moves inside thecell
