Wind Is air in motion.it is produced by the uneven heating of the Earth surface by the sun.it seems the earth surface is made of various layer and to water formation is observed the sun's radiation unevenly...

Sun is responsible for causing wind because sun creates the area of low pressure and high pressure and wind moves to high pressure to low pressure
