Wind speed is directly proportional to rate of evaporation
And
Surface area is also directly proportional to rate of evaporation

Surface area increases rate of evaporation . when surface area increases rate of evaporation also increases. For eg - when we boil water in a boiling tube it take much time to evaporate whereas China dish evaporates it faster.

wind speed increases the rate of evaporation when the wind speed increases rate of evaporation also increases . for example - we sprread clothes for evaporation.
