personification is the literary device in which the inanimate things are represented as if they are living and and the poem The Mirror Sylvia plath has been successful to use this device in favour of her topic because the poem mirror is an autobiography kal account of the mirror who says that I am accurate and exact we all know that Mirrors never speak but she had proved that in animate things and nonliving things 2 possess a sound and they can also speak so we can say that she describes the mirror in personification because not she is saying that the mirror is accurate and exact the mirror itself is saying that I am not Cruel and I just only say what is truth
